Task (or Asset) Panel Overview

To effectively navigate and utilize the task or asset panel in Trak for managing partnerships, tasks, products, and inventory items.

Key Steps:

  1. Understanding the Icons at the Top:
    • Identify the partnership deal and inventory item associated with the task.
    • Utilize icons for actions like uploading a file, following the task, and more.
  2. Utilizing the Three Dots Options:
    • Print or create a static document.
    • Move the task to a different season or collection.
    • Expand the task for multiple quantities.
    • Duplicate the task for future use with adjustments.
  3. Location Intelligence:
    • Click on hyperlinks to navigate to specific locations related to the task.
  4. Editing Asset Title and Status:
    • Modify asset title and status to reflect current progress.
    • Customize due dates and assigned users as needed.
  5. Description and Specifications:
    • Utilize the description box for detailed information.
    • Specifications are preset and not editable.
  6. Managing Subtasks:
    • Add, check off, reorder, and delete subtasks as needed.
  7. File Management:
    • View existing files, upload new files, download, share, retag, or remove files.
  8. Events Section:
    • Tag sponsorable events for notifications and reminders.
  9. Deal Information and Custom Fields:
    • Input deal intelligence and customize additional fields for detailed tracking.
  10. Comment Section:
    • View task history and leave comments.
    • Mention internal teammates for notifications.
