# New Checklist Features - 06/1/2026

## Use Trak Checklist Features to Customize Your Tasks Even More!

- ### Objective
  
  Sub-tasks are now **checklists**, making it easier to manage the individual steps within a task. Checklist items can be reordered, assigned to team members, given due dates, and marked complete as work progresses.
  
  ### Key Steps
  
  **1. Create and organize checklist items**
  
    - Open a task and locate the **Checklist** section.
    - Add items for each step required to complete the task.
    - Reorder items to match your workflow.
  
  **2. Add due dates and assignments**
  
    - Set an individual due date for each checklist item.
    - Assign items to the appropriate team members.
    - Use these details to clarify responsibilities and prevent missed deadlines.
  
  **3. Track your assigned work**
  
    - Open **My Checklist** to view checklist items assigned to you across partnerships and assets.
    - Mark each item complete as you finish the work.
  
  ### Tips for Efficiency
  
    - Break complex sponsorship activities into smaller, actionable steps.
    - Give each checklist item a clear owner and due date.
    - Review **My Checklist** regularly to stay on top of upcoming work.
    - Mark items complete promptly so your team always has an accurate view of progress.
