Data - Tokens
Objective to connect a Trak workspace to an application by token training.
Key Steps
- Go to the "Data" section in Track and navigate to "Tokens."
- If you do not see the Tokens section, contact your Trak representative to enable it.
- Once in the Tokens page, select the application you want to connect to (e.g., Facebook, CRM).
- Follow the prompts to log in to the respective application account.
- Ensure the logged-in account has necessary permissions for the business page you want to connect.
- Select the business profile page and the specific page you want to connect.
- If the account does not have access to certain pages, you must claim or be added as an admin to access them.
- Complete the connection process by following the on-screen instructions to save and confirm the connection.
- Verify the connection by checking the Tokens page for the connected application and the option to test or revoke the connection.
