# Data Overview

## The objective of this article is to provide a step-by-step guide on how to navigate and utilize the data module in the main menu to import, export, and manage data effectively in Trak.

### Key Steps:

1. **Imports and Exports**: 
     - Imports: 
           - Navigate to the imports section in the data module.
           - Choose between pre-built imports (e.g., social plug-in) or custom imports.
           - Schedule automated imports and select the data source (e.g., CSV upload).
           - Review source data and import results.
     - Exports: 
           - Access the exports section in the data module.
           - View individual exports and their run history.
2. **Tokens**: 
     - Locate the tokens section in the data module.
     - Utilize pre-built logins to connect with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Salesforce, Twitter, and YouTube.
3. **Packages**:

4. **Forms**:

     - Create external forms to collect information from website visitors or Track registered users.
     - Edit form fields, view submissions, and manage form data.
